As per CISCE norms the Management of St. Augustine’s Day School, Kolkata has formulated a 7 Member Team comprising 5 Females /2 Males to deal with the protection of children and vulnerable adults from abuse and maltreatment.
The esteem members of this redressal mechanism are as follows:

1. Mrs. A. Mukherjee – Headmistress
2. Mr. J. Hardy – Headmaster
3. Mrs. K. Mehra – Senior School Coordinator
4. Mrs. Y. Bardhan – Middle School Coordinator
5. Mrs. J. Cesar – Primary Coordinator (IV/V)
6. Mr. P. Kumar – Primary Coordinator (II/III)
7. Mrs. M. Sinha – Pre-primary Coordinator

Any complaint or grievance involving abuse must be reported in writing to the School Disciplinary Council under which this redressal mechanism is an integral part.
 
SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORK PLACE
To deal with this Act, an internal Disciplinary Council is in place. Any complaint/grievance related to this act must be reported in writing to the Presiding Officer of the Council (who is the Headmistress of the Institution).
